We want your shopping experience at The Swanky Shack to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please see our simple returns policy below. We are able to cancel an order only if it has not already been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel a previously placed order, please call us at (940) 627-0028 Mon-Fri 11AM - 5:30PM CST and Sat 11AM - 5PM CST to see if it is not too late to cancel. If your order has already been shipped please see the information below if you would like to return your item(s). Cancellations are only taken by phone and cannot be processed through email.
- We accept returns for store credit postmarked within 14 days from the date you placed your order.
- Store credit equal to the amount of your return will be issued in the form of a gift card. Your store credit gift card can be used either in store or online.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or can not be returned.
- Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. The item must be returned with original tags still attached.
- Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Coupon code items of 40% off or more are also final sale.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- All shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Store credit is issued within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.
- We do not offer exchanges due to limited inventory.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. The Swanky Shack is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit.
