What size should I order?
We totally understand it is sometimes difficult to shop online because you can't try anything on! We have created a general sizing guide to help you decide which size would be best for you.
We also try to provide specific details about each product in the description, so don't forget to check there! If you still have questions about that dress you're lusting after, just drop us a line at email@example.com and we will try to provide any information you need to make your decision!
How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
We know you want your new Swanky items quick, so we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. We do our best to ship within 1-2 business days, and ship the same day whenever we can. All our orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days). Most orders are received by customers with 3-5 business days. We do not ship orders on Sunday. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number included.
What are my shipping options?
We ship via USPS anywhere in the domestic U.S. for a flat rate of $6. Even better, shipping is completely free anytime you spend $75 or more.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 940-627-0028 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Mon-Fri from 11AM - 5:30PM CST and Saturday 11AM - 5PM CST. If your order has not been processed, we will do our best to process your cancellation. Once it has been processed, we are unable to modify the contents of your order. We are unable to process cancellations through email. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
How do I return an item I've ordered?
We want your shopping experience at The Swanky Shack to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. How will I know if a sold-out item has been restocked?
We highly encourage you to follow us on our social media channels. Our channels are updated regularly with popular back by demand items, new arrivals, sales, and much more. You can click on any of the social icons at the top or bottom of any page on our website, or click on the links below.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All our payments are processed through PayPal giving you even more flexible payment options. If you have a PayPal account you can choose to pay with any credit, debit, or bank account connected to your PayPal account.
